Job Overview
ZenGo is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will manage and grow our network of affiliates and third-party content partners throughout various channels and platforms. The affiliate marketing manager will develop and leverage such partnerships in order to drive new ZenGo users in a performance-oriented manner. This role will encompass everything from planning, outreach and terms negotiations, to budget management, performance analysis, and technical integration between affiliates and our attribution partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for managing affiliate marketers, and a passion to have a front-row seat in the growing crypto industry.
Responsibilities
- Growing our network of affiliates through active research and outreach activities
- Negotiating favorable terms with new and existing affiliates
- Monitoring and analyzing performance from affiliates
- Working with affiliates to optimize performance
- Optimizing the overall results of ZenGo’s affiliate marketing budget
- Collaborating with other marketing, product, and business functions to align on changes, promotions, and other campaigns relevant to overall affiliate success
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in affiliate marketing (ideally 2-4 years experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven record in negotiations
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
- “Problem solver” mindset with the ability to tackle challenges head-on, develop and execute solutions
- Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and very dynamic startup environment
- Experience managing affiliate marketers – Advantage
- Basic understanding and high passion for the crypto industry – Advantage
- Additional languages – Advantage
