About the role

In imToken, Business Intelligence team is not just a reporting function, but a core part of the business, building strong connections with different departments and creating value through insightful data analysis. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be working with reporting, big data, analysing, models building and so many more possibilities that yet to be explored in the Blockchain world. What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for business data support, building analysis frameworks based on business goals, and providing data insights to business and product optimization.

• Through data analysis, gain insights into user behavior, life cycle, and perform user portraits. promptly put forward marketing strategies or business operation suggestions to improve key business indicators, such as user conversion rate and utilization rate.

• Responsible for the demand analysis, design and implementation of business data reports/user labels, and provide decision support and business analysis for the business and management.

• Maintain daily tools related to data analysis, such as burying points/report visualization platform/data warehouse, etc.

• Design and produce data products with the data product manager, and provide technical support for the data processing/algorithm construction involved.

What we look for in you

• Highly proficient with data extracting and processing using SQL, capable of completing data analysis tasks independently.

• Familiar with Big Data tools such as Hive/Spark; familiar with statistics related libraries in R/Python; familiar with widely used data model and ML algorithm used in the industry.

• Have strong data sense and is capable of identifying and solving issues with data understanding. It is a bonus if you have relevant user growth hacking related experience in Blockchain/Fintech/Finance industries.

• Have worked on one or more projects in data tracking/dashboard design/customer tagging/data visualization fields.  

• Willing to and has the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, proactively explore ways to support the growth of business through data exploration and analysis.

• Have strong logical thinking skills, self-study capabilities, great interpersonal skills and teamwork.

What are nice to have

• Understanding of blockchain technology and ecosystem.

• Experience in Fintech or Financial Security related work.

• Experience in building/supporting international products.

• Experience in working with business team directly to support business growth.
