We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Associate who can stretch across corporate functions (Finance, People Ops, Legal) and special projects to build new processes, policies that will help Magic Eden scale.
Responsibilities

Assists partnerships team in onboarding new projects onto Magic Eden by assisting with communications back and forth with creators, data entry and organization, and updating internal trackers + tools

Implements updates requested by existing projects to change collection page details (image, description, etc.) on Magic Eden. Accountable for clearing through the update queue daily

Responsible for responding back to inquiries of potential new partners wanting to work with Magic Eden across inbound channels (email, twitter, instagram, discord) within a timely manner. Ability to understand which questions to escalate.

Organizes partner feedback to make sure Magic Eden is addressing common themes and issues

Ability to communicate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and engineering to coordinate projects in-flight and strong judgement of when to escalate issues in coordinating internally with cross-functional teams

Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing processes
Skills and Qualifications

Partnerships/customer service, coordinator, and/or project management experience

Detail-oriented and organized

Strong ability to multitask. You will be helping out with hundreds of relationships at once. We are looking for someone who can stay organized and be accountable for all deadlines and stay responsive in communications
