Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and drive consistent & compelling storytelling that leverages the assets and stories of our brand, product advances and key executives to prominently drive awareness of DappRadar’s story and products.
  • Safeguard DappRadar’s brand through rapid yet thorough response plans to address complex, potentially heated public issues affecting the company.
  • Define DappRadar media communication strategy (define goals and implementation strategy).
  • Define set of communication KPIs and ensure such goals are achieved.
  • Media monitoring. Project measurement, evaluation and reporting.
  • Keep current on industry changes and trends.
  • Manage external PR agency.
  • Organize events, conferences and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm and English language full professional proficiency.
  • Previous experience in the communications space.
  • Experience developing or overseeing digital marketing and/or social media strategies.
  • Good analytical understanding and experience in working with data driven products.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the blockchain industry, games industry or fintech.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic communications programs, marketing initiatives and crisis management plans.
  • Experience developing collateral, including visuals, for print, digital and/or broadcast platforms.
  • Experience in leading the creative process and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Experience in problem solving taking initiative to effectively manage complex and sometimes competing situations and set priorities while being flexible.
  • Evidence of an entrepreneurial and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience in representing the organization externally.
  • Track record of successful editorial content distribution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Arts Administration, or related field (not mandatory).
  • Several years’ experience in planning and implementing comprehensive communication/marketing strategies, preferably some years of supervisory experience (not mandatory).
