About the role

We are looking for an Office Administration Executive who will manage all the company’s office logistic matters as well as organize events and activities to improve the office environment and employees’ wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be responsible for office logistic management and office supplies, equipment, stationary and pantry items.

  • Coordinate office procedure by drafting and issuing company notices and other documents.

  • Updating; sorting or distributing company’s database; assets and parcels.

  • Ensure operation of office equipments by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintenance of office facilities and equipment.

  • Organise company special events/ meetings and festival occasions.

  • Manage office expenses budget and reimbursements.

  • Assist in HR related duties.

  • Provide general support to all departments.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What we look for in you

  • GCE ‘O’ level /NITEC/ Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative/ HR work.

  • Proficient in using various office software, PS, excel form, etc..

  • Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skill; good communication and expression, planning, organization, coordination.

  • Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning; flexibility and adaptability.

  • Ability to work under pressure  and experience in a tech start-up environment are preferred. 

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English would be an advantage.
