About the role
To maximize this momentum, we’re looking for a hands-on QA Manager to build a team of QA engineers and testers for the Mojito platform. You will work with engineering, product, and customer success teams to establish QA processes/automation, investigate issues, and refine testing strategies. You will develop test plans and build testing automation with your team. You will help us bring well-tested, high-quality products into market. You will report to the Engineering Manager for the Mojito platform.
What you’ll do
- Manage a team of QA testers and engineers
- Establish QA processes and best practices
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile products
- Prioritize QA resources against product roadmaps and deliverables
- Work with the QA team to build test automation
- Work with all the teams to build well-defined test plans
- Determine a roadmap for incremental improvements and tooling for QA
- Hire against our resourcing needs and oversee onboarding
- Be the voice of software quality during roadmapping, triaging, and product meetings
- Communicate concerns and risks to engineering and product leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing a team of QA engineers and testers
- 4+ years experience as a QA engineer or tester
- Expertise in hands-on manual and automated QA testing
- Expertise with building well-defined test plans
- Experience with test automation tools like Cypress
- Experience writing code for test scripts, test automation, or unit tests
- Experience onboarding and mentoring QA testers and engineers
- Experience with agile development and deployment processes
Bonuses

- Experience testing Solidity code
