About the role

As we grow our Singapore-based team, imToken is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager who will be responsible for HR strategy as well as managing the HR and office administration functions of the Singapore office.

We prefer candidates with experience in growth-stage startups and understand the value of OKRs; it also helps if you have an interest in the blockchain industry.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategize and optimize HR plans and operations to more effectively support business growth and team’s needs.

  • Recommend and implement a new or/ and improvement of HR policies, procedures and HRIS system for recruitment, performance appraisal program, training and development, compensation and benefits structure and other HR operations.

  • Shape and develop the corporate culture and build a healthy and happy working environment through various approaches; execution plans and team building activities.

  • Be the corporate HR point of contact for the Singapore HR team and carry out people practices across HR activities such as: recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefit, etc..

  • Partner with and be a counselor to Department Leaders to strengthen management and employee relation by proactively observing, addressing and providing solutions to people issues.

  • Ensure legal compliance with local regulatory requirements including coordination with overseas regulatory service providers and auditors.

  • Oversees integration of HR functions with acquired firms.

What we look for in you

  • A degree or higher in HR, Business Management or related fields.

  • At least 10 years of proven working experience in the HR field with 5 years as the Senior HR personnel, preferably in tech companies or/and start-up environment.

  • Able to manage the function independently.

  • Has good business sense and a perspective of HR in the context of the business, especially Crypto and/or start-up business is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrable experience in integration work surrounds HR functions.

  • Experience in setting processes and procedures, ideally in global or multi regional context.

  • Experience in developing corporate culture in the start-up environment.

  • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels in the Group.

  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Laws and HR best practices.

  • Adapt to a remote collaboration work model and is an excellent team player.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is necessary in order to collaborate with teams.
