Why we need a Senior Tech Recruiter

Immunefi is at an exciting high growth stage, and we need a Senior Tech Recruiter to help us attract and hire extraordinary people who share our vision to build a world-class team. The Talent team currently consists of a Head of Talent, a full-time Sourcer and a Recruiting Operations Manager, so there is plenty of room to create processes and give input on this small team. This position will execute on a fast-paced, transparent, and inclusive hiring process that delivers a superb experience for candidates and hirings teams alike.

We have a very strong engineering team and leadership team already, so you’d be building your network with top technical talent in the industry.


  • Own tech engineering pipelines and more, fulfilling growth staffing needs
  • Build solid high-trust relationships with Hiring Managers and partner with them on everything from writing job descriptions to setting recruiting strategies, and closing candidates
  • Understand your hiring manager’s business objectives and challenges and use that information to attract quality candidates
  • Work effectively with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires, and a positive candidate experience (help build and improve interview loops)
  • Provide guidance to sourcers & coordinators to help create an efficient and effective hiring process
  • Create, teach, and foster recruiting best practices in all aspects of selection, assessment, and hiring. This will include coaching hiring managers on best practices.
  • Identify key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors and make it attractive to candidates, build ImmuneFi’s employer brand in the market
  • Develop new, innovative, scalable and effective end to end strategies, including social media initiatives and engaging in appropriate online communities to recruit top talent
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to source for talent
  • Stay on top of competitive compensation benchmarking and help inform budgets for hiring
  • Ensure applicants have a positive interview experience from the screening process through offer negotiation (you will be doing most of the initial screens and closing your own candidates)
  • Manage timelines for hiring and communicate candidly with hiring partners on projected time to hire, and sharing information on progress & obstacles along the way


  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, closing top technical talent (ideally in global markets) including but not limited to engineering & product roles
  • Willingness to do full lifecycle hands-on recruiting, at least for the next 12 months (with sourcing and coordination support & potential management of a small team, but you’ll still own filling many roles yourself)
  • Proven experience as a strong recruiting partner to hiring managers (can give examples of how you’ve been a key player in scaling up technical teams)
  • Strong follow-up skills with candidates and hiring teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills & detail-orientation
  • Data-driven mentality and can use data to shape your recruiting strategy
  • Comfortable working remote and asynchronously with a global team and candidate market across time zones (you can set your working hours)
  • Experience working with ATS systems (we use Greenhouse!) and good organizational ATS working habits (you keep track of everything in the system!)
  • Interest in and desire to learn about Web3
  • Comfortable with change and some ambiguity, flexible (the growth is the fun!)


  • Experienced and/or passionate about blockchain/Web3 talent
  • Experience building strong teams in a high-growth company environment
  • Analytical and comfortable reporting recruiting data and metrics
  • Global recruiting experience
  • Have worked on very niche and hard-to-fill roles
