We are looking for an experienced and data-driven growth marketer to join our team and lead the charge in increasing the visibility of the Civic brand globally. Instrumental to our upcoming growth phase, you will be responsible for evolving and scaling our communications and marketing in alignment with our product development roadmap.
We need a forward-thinking self-starter to define a growth strategy in partnership with company leadership, and to manage the execution of diverse communications by working cross-functionally with leadership, business development, product developers, and visual designers.
- Lead strategy and execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in partnership with Marketing, PR, Product, Business Operations, and Sales
- Develop and optimize campaigns and channel strategy across SEO, SEM, email, website, and more
- Leverage insights from analytics to drive optimizations in performance marketing as well as broader growth strategy
- Communicate the benefits of Civic’s cutting-edge, seemingly complex technology to our various markets
- Understand user pain points and analyze data to develop experiments and campaigns
- Develop and implement annual business plans and manage expense and revenue budgets
- Develop a reporting structure and cadence that clearly illustrates quantitative progress to goal
We want to chat if you have:
- 4-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with 2 of these in a leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in paid search, organic search, SEO, social, display, etc.
- A process-driven approach to leveraging insights from growth marketing initiatives in pursuit of scale and efficiency
- An understanding of and interest in DeFi, web3, blockchain, and crypto
- A willingness to embed into engineering culture, languages, and tools and identify relevant growth initiatives that serve this audience
- The ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape
- A resourceful mindset and a willingness to get into the weeds with a small team
