RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day to day workplace operations to ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently, delivering a high service level. This includes: grocery delivery, clean-up, weekly lunch orders, mail, shipping and receiving, etc.
  • Event planning: Plan company offsite events, host industry events/happy hours, company game nights, etc.
  • Work closely with People Generalist to process all classes of Visas for new and current employees
  • Support onsite events as needed
  • Partner closely with property management
  • Maintain office cleanliness, stocking, and organization
  • Source and coordinate with appropriate vendors; responsible for ordering office supplies.
  • Order company swag

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to work in our San Francisco office 3+ days per week
  • 2+  years of experience working in a workplace, office management or facilities coordinator role, delivering top notch customer service and helping create a first class employee experience
  • Experience in event planning; e.g.: Plan company offsite events, host industry events/happy hours, company game nights, etc.
  • High-level attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Energetic, outgoing and always willing to dive in where needed.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) preferred
